Kean University’s Robin Landa to Be Inducted Into NJ Ad Club’s 2025 Advertising Hall of Fame of New Jersey
Kean University Distinguished Professor Robin Landa will be inducted into NJ Ad Club’s 2025 Advertising Hall of Fame of New Jersey in recognition of her longtime contributions to branding, advertising and creativity.
“We are immensely proud to see Professor Landa recognized among New Jersey’s most accomplished creative professionals,” said Kean University President Lamont O. Repollet, Ed.D. “Her creativity, scholarship and mentorship have left an indelible mark on the advertising industry and on the generations of students she has inspired.”
Landa teaches classes on brand strategies, promotional design and copywriting at Kean’s Michael Graves College and Robert Busch School of Design.
“I am deeply grateful to the New Jersey Advertising Hall of Fame for this recognition, and to Kean University's leadership including President Lamont Repollet, Provost David Birdsell, Laura Baecher, Dean David Mohney, and Associate Dean Rose Gonnella for their unwavering support," said Landa. “The true measure of our work lies not in the trophies on our shelves, but in the lives we touch, the students we inspire and the communities we strengthen. Advertising, at its best, ensures the ideas we put into the world create positive impact."
A scholar and mentor, she has written 25 books on creativity, advertising and design. Her forthcoming title, Branding as a Cultural Force: Purpose, Responsibility, & Resonance, will be published by Columbia University Press in December 2025. Landa will also be releasing Leadership by Design, a book she co-authored with President Repollet, in February 2026.
The NJ Ad Club highlights all areas across the communication landscape throughout New Jersey, with a focus on those using creativity, innovation and strategic thinking to inspire action.
Landa, one of five inductees, will be honored at NJ Ad Club’s annual induction ceremony on November 4 at The Highlawn in West Orange.
